Paintless Dent Repair Training FAQ's
Where are the courses held ?
Our courses are held on the outskirts of the city of Granada, in Southern Spain and also near London, England and are conducted in either English or Spanish language. In some instances we can travel to your country - please contact us for details.
What do I need to bring with me to the training school ?
We provide everything you need. Just bring some loose fitting clothing and don’t forget your glasses or contact lenses if you wear them.
Is there anyone that you cannot teach paintless dent repair to ?
No, everyone attending our course with an open mind and a willing and teachable attitude will succeed.
Will I really be able to start earning straight away ?
Yes, our PDR training will provide you with all you need to know so you can begin to earn a wage as soon as you are ready.
I do not have enough money to pay for tools and training – what should I do ?
Don’t worry neither did we ! That is why we teach every student how to make their own tools – remember in PDR its not what your tool looks like it how you use it. So, proper training first, shiny tools last is the way to go.
Will I need a special vehicle to carry paintless dent repair tools and create a professional image to my customers ?
No, definitely not. If you have a family car or small runabout that will work just fine for you (your dent tools don’t really weigh more than your weekly shopping). Remember you will be selling your unique skills and professionalism – frankly, no one cares what you drive, its their car they are interested in, not yours. If you want to advertise then magnetic signs work well or, for a more professional look, get some stick on plastic graphics and letters to grab attention. But remember also that some dealers will not let you near their forecourts to work with a signwritten car or van – they don’t want customers knowing they have dented cars for sale !
I am thinking of booking but cant quite make my mind up !
No one can persuade you to do anything you do not want to do. Unless you have real will and determination to succeed in PDR or any other profession then the road ahead will be a rocky one. Take your time to think through your present situation carefully and weigh up the pro’s and cons. Paintless dent repair can earn you a very good wage but you do have to go out there and remove those dents once we show you how. If you like cars and enjoy working with your hands then we don’t think there is a better way to stay clean, enjoy what you do and make a lot of money, all at the same time. But the final decision has to be yours.
What is different about your PDR course ?
We are just the same as you – normal hard working people. But we are willing to share our experiences and secrets about PDR. We teach you everything you need to know about paintless dent repair so you can start your own business as soon as you want to.
Is my booking secure (guaranteed) ?
Yes, once we have received your deposit your chosen course date is completely secure. No one will take your place unless for any genuine reason you need to change your date – only then will it be offered to anyone on the waiting list.
Is my deposit refundable or transferable ?
Deposits are not refundable, however they are fully transferable to another course date (subject to availability) if for any genuine reason you are unable to attend.
Can I pay with a credit or debit card ?
You can pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal (a Paypal fee of 3.4% applies), even if you do not have a PayPal account. We also accept payment by bank transfer. If you wish to pay by either credit/debit card or bank transfer please let us know at the time of booking.
Is there plenty to do in the area when I finish my training in the evenings ?
Oh yes ! With the city of Granada on your doorstep and great public transport you can enjoy all that the city has to offer easily. Including free Spanish tapas served with every glass of beer or wine !
If there is anything specific you would like to do whilst you are here, for example, visit the Alhambra Palace, then we can organise this for you. For more details on what this beautiful area of Spain has to offer please see our ‘Local Information’ page.
These are some of the questions we have often been asked so we thought it would be good to publish them here. But if you have any other questions, or would simply like a little more information on a specific topic then please just contact us, we're happy to help.
